Downhole Direct Supply was founded by Tim and April Tsotsos — a husband-and-wife team based in North Port, Florida, with a simple mission: get HDD operators back up and running faster, without breaking the bank.

Tim has spent his entire career working with his hands. From automotive and truck mechanics to hydraulics, heavy equipment, and field operations, he's the kind of person who can diagnose a problem before most people know there is one. Since 2013, Tim has been fully immersed in the HDD industry — learning the equipment inside and out, earning a reputation as someone who can solve any drilling problem, and building deep relationships across the field.

April keeps everything running behind the scenes — managing operations, handling orders, and making sure every customer interaction is smooth from first click to delivery. Between the two of them, nothing falls through the cracks.

Why We Started This

We saw HDD operators struggling to find quality replacement parts quickly and at a fair price. Too much downtime. Too many middlemen. Too much markup. We knew we could do better — so we did.

At Downhole Direct Supply, we carry mud pump wear parts for Vermeer and Ditch Witch platforms, including cups, liners, valve kits, seals, and rebuild kits. We also offer specialized repair and service support — because sometimes you need more than a part, you need someone who actually knows how to use it.
